We are deeply proud of the people who bring Entisi chocolates to life. Many of our team members joined us with no formal education or prior experience. We’ve trained them from scratch — and today, they are skilled chocolatiers, artisans, packers, and production experts.
We believe in inclusive hiring, nurturing talent from all sections of society, and helping individuals build meaningful careers with confidence and dignity.

As a premium chocolate maker, we see it as our responsibility to help people understand and appreciate what true chocolate is.
From educating customers on the difference between couverture and compound, to exploring the origins and taste profiles of fine cocoa — we aim to raise awareness, spark curiosity, and bring world-class chocolate experiences to India.

We’re actively working to reduce energy consumption across our operations. At our head office, we are gradually replacing all electronic equipment with appliances that are Gold Energy Star-rated to improve efficiency. In our factory and delivery infrastructure, we've installed air curtains on doors to minimise energy loss. In our retail stores, we carefully manage air conditioning — never overheating the space unnecessarily — to conserve energy while maintaining ideal conditions for our chocolates.

Packaging is an essential part of what we do, and we are constantly working to strike the right balance between function, aesthetics, and sustainability. We’ve taken steps to reduce the volume of packaging used and design formats that are both efficient and visually appealing. Whenever possible, packing materials like bubble wrap and cardboard outers are returned to our factory for reuse. We also ensure that cardboard, paper, tins, glass, and most of our plastic packaging — such as PET and HIPs — are recycled where facilities are available.

While we may not have full visibility across every supply chain, we consciously aim to work with suppliers who share our values of fairness, responsibility, and quality. As we grow, we remain committed to improving our sourcing practices and making more informed choices along the way.
