Ordering and Shipping

  • When will my order ship?

    PLEASE NOTE: Although our chocolatiers are working hard to ship orders as soon as possible, delivery times may be longer than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Delivery estimates below DO NOT include possible delays.


    Standard Shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days

    Orders placed after 9PM will ship out the next working day.


    Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not dispatch out of Mumbai orders from Friday – Sunday

    Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-4 business days, during the week selected at checkout.If you place your order before 1 PM on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 3-4 business days.

    If you place your order after 1 PM, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1PM on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday or Thursday.

  • Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the India?

    Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship outside India.

  • Can you ship chocolate during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country like Rajasthan or Kerela?

    Yes, we absolutely can ship Entisi during warm weather and to warm climates in India all year long. Our shipping system monitors where your package is being delivered and selects the appropriate packing material such as cooler boxes and frozen gel packs to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, shipping is not available in certain cities as the delivery may take more than 3-4 days which can cause the chocolates to melt. To know the list of cities we are delivering to CLICK HERE.

  • Do you offer same-day shipping?

    Yes, we do but only for deliveries in Mumbai

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We use DTDC and Wefast. We also use select Ground and Air Carriers to deliver all other packages. It is up to the discretion of Entisi which carrier will be selected.

  • Why is out of Mumbai shipping expensive?

    Entisi chocolates are made with 100% cocoa butter making them easily melt when exposed to high temperature. In order to ensure a melt free delivery of your chocolates we tuck our elegant gift boxes in thermocol boxes with dry ice. The shipping charge includes this temperature-controlled packaging charge as well. 

  • Does Entisi offer volume discounts?

    We do! You can save up to 10% with our volume discount. 

    Discounts calculated on total merchandise (excluding tax & shipping & handling charges), on a per order basis, some exclusions apply.

    Sales & Special Values items are not eligible for Volume Discounts.

Order Tracking

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct.   • Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation including the tracking number for each shipment. Please note that this confirmation is typically emailed within 24 hrs on the day it is shipped. You may also Track Your Order at our Customer Assistance page. You may contact Customer Care at 8083 104 104 (out of Mumbai) or 8080 554 554 (Mumbai) to request tracking information for all your recipients.

  • Can I create an account after I start placing my order?

    Yes. After your order is completed, you will be asked if you would like to create an account, which will allow you to track your orders and will also make ordering easier for you in the future.


  • What is éntisi’s returns Policy?

    For purchases made on, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive your gifts! If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of the receipt for a prompt and courteous replacement or exchange of your merchandise. Allergy Information

  • Does your chocolate contain dairy products?

    ALL of our products including solid chocolate pieces may contain dairy or milk or traces of dairy or milk. Although there are many products without Milk/dairy, all of them are produced in a facility that manufacturers other products containing milk/dairy. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

  • Does your chocolate contain nuts?

    ALL of our products including solid chocolate pieces may contain nuts or traces nuts and/or peanuts. Although there are many products without nuts, all of them are produced in a facility that manufacturers other products containing nuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

  • Does your chocolate contain gluten?

    ALL of our products may contain gluten or traces of gluten. Although there are many products which are gluten free, all of them are produced in a facility that manufacturers other products containing gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

Wedding and Party Favours

  • How far in advance should I place my favour order?

    We recommend that you place your order about 10 days before the event and select a delivery date of 1-2 days prior to the event. Store the favours in a cool, dark place 18-22°C or cooler. Delivery may take longer than 10 days based on the quantity of order and the degree of personalisation required for gift boxes.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?
