India Standard Delivery

Below ₹1,499 = ₹275
Between ₹1,500 to ₹2,499 = ₹195
₹2,500 & above = FREE

Estimated delivery time is between 2-4 business days, depending on the destination pin code. Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Orders outside Mumbai are not dispatched on Sundays.

Mumbai & Pune Same Day Delivery

Below ₹1,499 = ₹275
Between ₹1,500 to ₹2,499 = ₹195
₹2,500 & above = FREE

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next working day.

Click and Collect

Our shipping policy allows you to place orders online and conveniently pick them up at our Entisi Chocolatier Bandra (W) store. This hassle-free option ensures you receive your purchases quickly and efficiently, with no additional charge for in-store pickups. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.

Gift Orders & Message

You can add a gift tag and a personalized gift tag message to select gift boxes and hampers on the product page for ₹25, making your gift even more meaningful with a special note. Alternatively, you can include a free gift message with your order at checkout to make your gift extra special. Your message will be printed on a complimentary card and included with your package.

Shipping is available across India, subject to serviceable pin codes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
