We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as warm weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Entisi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

This website currently ships to India addresses only. 

IN - MUMBAI DELIVERIES

• Standard Shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed after 6.00 PM will ship out the next working day.

OUT OF MUMBAI DELIVERIES:

• Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not dispatch out of Mumbai orders from Friday – Sunday
• Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-4 business days, during the week selected at checkout.
• If you place your order before 1 PM on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 3-4 business days. If you place your order after 1 PM, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1PM on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday or Thursday.

Warm Weather Guarantee

Our shipping system monitors where your package is being delivered to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, no matter the weather. We tuck our elegant gift boxes in thermocol boxes with dry ice to ensure a melt free delivery. Upon your request, we will also include a complimentary gift message.

Your shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.

We are currently delivering Pan India. A few extremely delicate products and large size gift boxes and hampers are only deliverable in Mumbai.

In-Store Pickup

Our shipping policy allows you to place orders online and conveniently pick them up at our Entisi Chocolatier Bandra (W) store. This hassle-free option ensures you receive your purchases quickly and efficiently, with no additional charge for in-store pickups. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
